Bonus Lives is a survival arcade game. The player's score is determined by the amount of stages that they pass. Each stage comes with a group of enemies and an exit portal that lets the player to progress to the next stage. Claiming lives will increase the player's Life meter. Besides acting as a healthbar, lives can be spent on temporary upgrades.
Controls:
WASD & Arrow Keys: movement
Interact with UI : 1,2,3
Left Shift: slide/dash
J/K/L: Attack
E: Interact with exit
Esc: Pause

Game Concept, narrative Is really neat.
However movement & attacking system is just not it, making the game more difficult
Also liking the art on the cutscene
Attacking enemies can be a little bit wonky sometimes, but overall this is surprisingly fun to play.
did you get the power-up? it makes your attack speed faster! but i'm also glad you liked the game hehe
